What we do
You tell us your origin city, what you can spend, how long you have, and the kind of trip you want. We recommend destinations that actually fit, with the full cost broken out into transport, hotel, food, and activities. Not a teaser flight price plus surprises.
Our role
TravelVulture is a travel discovery, comparison and journey-planning platform. We help you explore independent service providers, compare the options and estimate what the whole journey costs. The travel, wellness and healthcare services themselves are provided by independent third-party providers. For medical journeys we are not a healthcare provider: clinical decisions, treatment recommendations and final medical pricing are the responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider you choose.
What makes us different
- Total-cost transparency. Every result shows the all-in number for your group size and trip length, not just the airfare.
- Multi-modal transport. Bus, train, drive, bike, RV, even walk, not just flights. The cheapest way is often the one nobody recommends.
- Vibe-first matching. Pick "romantic" and the result is genuinely romantic, with date spots first. "Camping" brings campgrounds and trails.
- No fake urgency. No "3 people just booked this!" banners. No dark-pattern timers.
How we make money
When you click through to a partner (Booking.com, Viator, Expedia, etc.) and complete a booking, the partner pays us a small affiliate commission. Your price stays the same, you don't pay anything extra. That's the entire business model. We never sell your data, never run dark patterns, never bury affordable options behind paid placements.
Curated trips are run by independent local operators listed on TravelVulture. The operator quotes you directly and you pay them, not us; we list them, we do not run them.
What we will not do
- Show fake social proof or invent "trips planned" numbers
- Quote a price we know we can't honour at checkout
- Email you anything you didn't opt in to
- Sell your data to third parties
- Recommend a result because it pays us more, or let a commercial relationship override what is best for the traveler
