Getting started as a medical partner

For hospital international patient desks, clinics and medical travel facilitators. Listing is free, and your clinical decisions and prices stay entirely yours.

Ready when you are

Register in about five minutes, then add what you offer one at a time or all at once by spreadsheet.

What to list

  • One row per procedure or service, named the way your own price sheet names it, for example Total knee replacement, single knee.
  • Packages count. If you publish an all inclusive package with a fixed number of hospital nights, that is one row.
  • Consultations, second opinions and health check packages belong here too.
  • A service with no published price is still a good listing. Leave the price columns blank and patients contact your team for a quote.

The columns that matter

Every template starts with title, description, currency, destination, image_url and tags. These are the columns specific to this guide.

procedure_type
The speciality, matched to the procedure list patients choose from: dental, orthopaedics, cardiology, oncology, fertility, cosmetic, bariatric, eye, health check. Anything we cannot place is filed as other rather than guessed.
price_min and price_max
Your published price or the low and high end of your published range, in your own currency. Leave both blank when you do not publish a price.
price_type
fixed for one published price, range when you publish a low and a high, starting_from when the figure is a floor with no published ceiling.
patient_segment
international_self_pay or domestic_self_pay. These are never mixed together, because they are different prices for different patients.
includes
Semicolon separated: surgeon; anesthesia; implant; hospital nights; tests; physiotherapy. What a price covers is the first thing a patient asks.
hospital_days
Nights of inpatient stay the price covers. We use it to stop charging a hotel bed to a patient who is in your ward, while still budgeting one for the person travelling with them.
accommodation_scope
Who your price houses: none, patient, or patient and companion. “Yes” on its own is read as the patient only, because assuming it covers the companion is how their hotel disappears from the estimate. Leave it blank if you are unsure and we will budget a room, which is the safer way to be wrong.
accommodation_type
hospital_room, hotel, guest_house or apartment. A hospital room is not lodging: the patient sleeps there, the companion still needs a bed, and we cost that separately.
nights_included
Hotel nights your price covers, if any. Separate from hospital_days: a package can include four inpatient nights and three hotel nights either side.
medication_included
none, inpatient_only, or including_take_home. If your package covers take-home medication we add nothing for it; if it only covers drugs given on the ward, we budget the prescriptions the patient goes home with, because those are the ones that surprise people.
pharmacy_cost
Take-home medication, if you can give a figure. Where you give us nothing we allow about 10% of the treatment price and say on the page that we estimated it, so your own number always beats our guess.
pharmacy_currency
Currency for pharmacy_cost, if it differs from the row's currency.
pharmacy_cost_basis
per_course or per_month. Per-month matters: immunosuppression after a transplant runs indefinitely, and we must not quietly multiply it by the length of a visit.
destination
The city, for example Delhi. It connects your listing to the destination patients are researching.
neighborhood
Optional: the area or district your facility is in, for example Saket. Kept separate from the city so patients see both.

Notes that matter

  • Only what you publish: We never estimate a procedure price, and we never average your prices with anyone else's without saying so. If a row has no price, we show no price for it.
  • Segments stay separate: An international self pay price and a domestic self pay price are two different numbers. Put them in two rows with the right patient_segment on each, rather than blending them into one range.

How your prices are shown

Prices you upload are shown as yours, with your name against them and the date we last checked them, alongside the travel costs a patient is already comparing. They are labelled as published prices, never as a quotation and never as our own estimate.

A written quote your team gives a patient always takes precedence over any indicative range on our site. Every place a range appears also carries the line that actual treatment cost depends on diagnosis, hospital, physician, tests, room category and treatment plan.

Nothing you upload is published automatically. Every price row waits in our review queue until a person at TravelVulture has checked it, and you can ask us to remove a price at any time through our contact page.

We are an information and marketing platform. Patients and their families contact your team directly, and all clinical communication and care stays with you.

After you upload

Uploaded services are read by our team before they appear publicly, usually within a day, and any prices in the file are checked separately before they are shown. You will see the listings marked Pending review in your portal until then. Send up to 30 services per file. That is per file, not a limit on your catalogue.

The portal tells you how many rows were added, which rows need fixing and why, and which cities we could not match yet. One bad row never stops the rest of the file, and re-uploading a corrected file is safe. If you did not give a website at registration, the upload form asks for it, so we can show who your listings and prices come from.

Your own numbers

Your dashboard shows how many travelers saw your listings, clicked through and got in touch. Only your numbers, nobody else's. Read how the dashboard works

Our pledge, and what we ask back

We are not trying to build a business by taking a large cut of yours. Our aim is to keep our own costs low and to give local operators a real presence online without compromising their income, so that the money a traveller spends mostly stays with the people who actually deliver the trip.

That is why there is no listing fee, why the success fee is small and applies only when a traveller we sent actually books, and why your own confirmation is what we calculate it from. We keep a record of the enquiries we send you, so on the rare occasion something does not line up we can look at it together rather than assume.

It is a pledge on our side, and we ask for the same honesty in return. That is the whole arrangement, and it is worth more to both of us than any single booking.
