Getting started as a wellness partner
For yoga schools, Ayurveda and naturopathy centres, retreats and spas. Listing is free, and you can be live today.
Ready when you are
Register in about five minutes, then add what you offer one at a time or all at once by spreadsheet.
Three ways to add your programmes
They all end in the same place and are checked by the same rules, so use whichever suits how your prices already exist. Mix them freely.
1. One at a time, in your portal
Best for a handful, or your first one. Open your portal, choose Add listing, and fill the form. Your currency is already set from your country, so an Indian partner sees rupees and a Portuguese one euros.
Six answers are required: name, kind, description, price, currency and where it is. Everything else sits under More details and is optional.
Saving does not publish it. It is saved as a draft that only you can see. Open the preview, read it through as a traveller would, fix anything wrong, and press publish when you are happy. You can edit or remove it at any point, before or after.
2. Many at once, by spreadsheet
Best for a full tariff. Download the template below, fill it in Excel, and upload it under Add many at once. The columns are in the same order as the form, required ones first, so you can fill the left hand columns and stop.
Re-uploading a corrected sheet updates what we hold. Change a price and send the same file again: we update that row and record the change, rather than creating a second programme or ignoring you. An unchanged row is reported as unchanged.
A bad row never costs you the file. Each is checked on its own and any failure comes back with its spreadsheet row number.
3. Upload your own rate card, brochure or price list
Best if your prices already live in a document rather than our template. Go to your portal, open Upload your own rate card, brochure or price list, choose the file or paste the link, and we read it while you wait. PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and the address of a page on your own site all work. There is nothing to email and nothing to reformat first.
Nothing we read goes live until you approve it. Every row lands in your portal awaiting your approval: invisible to travellers, visible to you, with the document it came from named beside it. Read it back against your own rates, correct anything wrong, then confirm.
We will not publish a trade rate. If your document carries STO, net, trade or agent rates we read everything else and leave the prices blank on purpose, then ask you for the price a guest actually pays.
Your team manages your programmes. Add, edit, deactivate and delete your own products whenever you like, without going through us. Every change is recorded with who made it and when, and you can see that history yourself. Ask and we will walk whoever manages them through the first upload on a call. Get in touch.
What to list
- One row for every price you quote. A programme priced by season, by room category or by occupancy gets one row per combination, with the same title repeated on each. The worked example below shows it.
- One programme per title, though. A seven night yoga retreat and a fourteen night Panchakarma programme are two different programmes, so they are two different titles.
- Keep the room category in the room_type column rather than in the title. The title stays the name of the programme.
- A single day treatment or a spa day is a listing too. Travellers add those around a longer stay.
- Say who the programme suits: beginners, post illness recovery, couples, solo travellers.
One row for every price you quote
This is the one instruction on the sheet that is easy to get wrong, so it is worth an example. Say you run a seven night Ayurveda programme. You charge a high season price and a low season price, and each of those is different for one guest in a room and for two sharing. That is four prices, so it is four rows, and all four carry the same title. Only the columns that differ change.
| title | season_label | season_from | season_to | occupancy | price_from |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7 Night Ayurveda Programme | High season | 12 | 3 | single | 1850 |
| 7 Night Ayurveda Programme | High season | 12 | 3 | double | 2900 |
| 7 Night Ayurveda Programme | Low season | 4 | 11 | single | 1400 |
| 7 Night Ayurveda Programme | Low season | 4 | 11 | double | 2200 |
Repeating the title is correct and those four rows are not duplicates. We put them back together as one programme with four prices, which is how your own tariff reads. If you charge one price all year, leave every season column blank and write one row. Nothing is lost by doing that.
The columns that matter
Every template starts with title, description, currency, destination, image_url and tags. These are the columns specific to this guide.
- program_type
- One of yoga retreat, ayurveda program, meditation retreat, detox package, spa day, bath and spa, or spiritual retreat. Bath and spa covers a thermal bath or hammam that sells a session rather than a stay; spiritual retreat covers a templestay, an ashram stay or a Vipassana course.
- price_from
- Your lowest price for the program, in your own currency.
- price_basis
- per_program for a package price, per_night when you price by the night. This is what lets a traveler scale the cost to the length of stay they want.
- program_days
- How many nights the program runs. It appears on the listing as the program length.
- accommodation_included
- Yes or no: does your price already include the room? If yes we show “Stay: included in the retreat” and add no hotel cost on top. If no we show our own estimate for a nearby stay, so the traveller sees the real total either way. Leave it blank if you are not sure and we will treat the room as not included.
- includes
- Semicolon separated: accommodation; meals; consultations; treatments. It becomes an Includes line travelers read before they contact you.
- destination
- The city travelers search for, for example Goa or Rishikesh.
- neighborhood
- Optional: the area, beach or district, for example Anjuna. Kept separate from the city so travelers see both, as in Anjuna, Goa.
- season_label
- Your own wording for the season: High season, Peak, Monsoon, Christmas and New Year, whatever you call it on your tariff. Your wording is the one travellers see, because you are the authority on your own seasons and we are not.
- season_from and season_to
- The months the season covers, written as numbers from 1 to 12. They are allowed to run across the year end: 12 in season_from and 3 in season_to means December through March.
- blackout_note
- Dates you will not take this rate at all, in a sentence of your own. A month window can say a price is higher, it cannot say a date is excluded, so anything closed or held back belongs here.
- room_type
- The room category this price is for: Deluxe Villa, Garden Cottage, Standard AC. Most tariffs price the same programme differently by room, and without this column those prices collapse into one.
- occupancy
- single, double, triple, or per person sharing. The same programme in the same room is usually a different price for one guest and for two, and this is where you say which.
- valid_from and valid_to
- The dates this tariff is good for. Several rate cards reached us with a cover page giving one validity and the covering email giving another. We could not publish either, so we had to write back and ask, and the whole listing waited on the answer. Two dates here avoid that.
- commission_offered
- What you are offering, in your own words: 10%, 20% on room only, net rate non commissionable. We do not set a rate and we do not publish one. Whatever you write is a starting point, it is agreed with you in writing before anything goes live, and it is charged only when a traveller we sent you actually books.
- contact_name, contact_email and contact_phone
- The person a traveller's question should reach, rather than a shared inbox. Fill these in once, on the first row. They describe you and not one programme, so there is no need to repeat them down the sheet.
- working_hours
- When that person is reachable, for example Mon to Sat, 09:00 to 18:00 IST. It tells us when the reply window below is running, so nobody chases you on a Sunday.
- response_time_ack
- Write yes to confirm you have read the reply expectation set out under Notes that matter on this page.
Column names are matched without regard to case or order, so you can rearrange them and common alternatives are understood. Download the template
Notes that matter
- Coming back within 4 to 6 hours: We ask every wellness partner to answer a traveller's query within 4 to 6 hours, counted inside your own working hours. The number is not arbitrary. People compare retreats on the day they sit down to plan, and a reply that arrives the next morning usually arrives after they have already chosen. Writing yes in response_time_ack says you have seen this.
- Price basis is the one to get right: A traveler comparing a ten night stay against a fourteen night one needs to know whether your figure is per night or for the whole program. Leave it blank and we read it as the whole program.
- What is included sells the program: Accommodation, meals, consultations and therapies are the questions every guest asks first. Listing them in the includes column answers all four before anyone writes to you.
You manage your own listings
We encourage your own team to handle your listings, because nobody knows your rates and your seasons the way they do. Everything on this page is something you do yourself, in your own portal, whenever you want. Add a programme, upload your whole tariff as a spreadsheet, change a price, rewrite what is included, take a programme off for a season, or delete it. None of it needs our permission and none of it waits in a queue for us.
A programme you add one at a time is SAVED, not published. It is a draft only you can see until you have previewed it and pressed publish, because the first person to read a listing should be the one whose name is on it. A spreadsheet upload lands the same way: every row a draft only you can see, each with its own Preview and Publish.
We will get your team started. Ask and we will walk whoever will be managing the listings through the portal and the spreadsheet on a call, and stay with the first upload until it is loaded correctly. After that they will not need us, which is the point of doing it.
If a file will not load later on, or the sheet does not fit how you price, tell us and we will sort it out with you. Anything we help you load is still yours to edit afterwards exactly as if you had typed it in.
Rows loaded that way sit in preview until you confirm them. Preview means you can see them and nobody else can, so they are not on the public site and not in search. Each row has a button to confirm it is right and one to flag what is wrong, because until you have read it back, the only person who has checked it is us.
After you upload
Uploaded programs land as drafts only you can see. Open Preview on each one and press Publish when it reads right; nothing is public until you do.
The portal tells you how many rows were added, which rows need fixing and why, and which cities we could not match yet. One bad row never stops the rest of the file, and re-uploading a corrected file is safe. If you did not give a website at registration, the upload form asks for it, so we can show who your listings and prices come from.
Your own numbers
Your dashboard shows how many travelers saw your listings, clicked through and got in touch. Only your numbers, nobody else's. Read how the dashboard works
Our pledge, and what we ask back
We are not trying to build a business by taking a large cut of yours. Our aim is to keep our own costs low and to give local operators a real presence online without compromising their income, so that the money a traveller spends mostly stays with the people who actually deliver the trip.
That is why there is no listing fee, why the success fee is small and applies only when a traveller we sent actually books, and why your own confirmation is what we calculate it from. We keep a record of the enquiries we send you, so on the rare occasion something does not line up we can look at it together rather than assume.
It is a pledge on our side, and we ask for the same honesty in return. That is the whole arrangement, and it is worth more to both of us than any single booking.
